Petes Pool (Autumn)

Four Oaks Farm (Chester) 8th September 2011.

As this is the fourth review of this year of this great little venue, I will skip all the introductions and facilities and jump straight to the fishing.

I fished the first disabled peg to the left as you look from the car park. I fished 9 meters out on the bottom where it was deepest, as the tempurature was starting to drop I thought this would be a good place to start.

Most fish taken were carp from 1/2 - 1 1/2 lbs with some good silvers and a chub and tench thrown in.
I took fish all day approx 50-60lb bag, with some fish taken on the drop, my swim never stopped fizzing all day as the feed went in, also there was lots of bigger carp rolling.
